Westview is a perpetual care cemetery. It is privately owned and operated by Paul Phillips. The cemetery is approximately 2 miles north of Lillington on Highway 421. The business office is located at O'Quinn-Peebles-Phillips Funeral Home & Crematory, 1310 South Main Street, Lillington, NC 27546.

Grave spaces at Westview range from $1,000.00-$1,500.00. A perpetual care fee of $100.00-$150.00 per grave space is required by North Carolina law and payable to the NC Perpetual Care Fund at the time of purchase. This fee is in addition to the cost of the grave space.

An outer burial container is required by the cemetery for all burials. Cremated remains may also be buried in the cemetery.

Westview also owns a mausoleum on the premises. Single mausoleum prices range from $5,0000-$6,500.00. The $500.00-$650.00 perpetual care fee applies and will be added when a mausoleum is purchased. The fee for opening and closing the crypt is $250.00. A standard bronze crypt plate will be an additional fee. 

The cemetery requires that all graves are marked with a bronze marker. A new section of the cemetery has recently been approved for upright monuments. This section is in front of the mausoleum area.

Fee for opening and closing of the grave is $1,000.00.
