The staff at O'Quinn-Peebles-Phillips Funeral home were very helpful to me, when my father passed away. Not only did they explain every funeral/memorial option available (my dad was in the military), but they walked me through the paperwork process step by step, and provided me with lots of emotional support. I was unable to attend the internment, but Mr. Branch attended with my family, which shows me that this funeral home doesn't just see you as a client... they see you as family. I wasn't pressured into taking any funeral packages or add-ons that I didn't want, and my father was handled with care and dignity. They also keep in touch with you afterwards, providing excellent after-care for the family. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a funeral home and/or crematory, who is fair, honest, respectful, and trustworthy.
