Teresa Gail Howard

Teresa Gail Howard of Holly Springs, NC went to be with the Lord on August 20, 2024.

Teresa was born in Spartanburg, SC on April 27, 1959 to Betty and Johnny Stewart.

She was educated in Spartanburg public schools and the John de la Howe School in McCormick, SC.

She studied modeling and had a successful cleaning business.  Teresa (Gail as her family knew her) was a kind, generous and gracious lady.  Her outgoing personality quickly made her a friend to all that knew her. 

She was a wife to Stevie Howard of Angier and is survived by her brother, Mike Stewart of Raleigh; sister, Debra Stewart of Fuquay Varina; children, Richard Cowen, Abigail Carter, and Amity Howard; stepson, Curt Howard; as well as five grandchildren: Alysha, Issac, Dominick, Elijah, and Gloria.

Her longtime prayer focused on strength, wisdom, and guidance.  She was a wonderful sister, mother, grandmother, and friend. Our hearts are bruised but rest that her strong faith in the Father opens wide the heaven she often spoke of.

We will always remember her and the warm place she insured in our hearts.
