Shirley Mae Maxwell, Lillington, formerly of Fayetteville, passed from this earth on Saturday, May 2, 2020. She was born in Whitehall, New York on July 13, 1932 to Fred and Marion Rondeau. She graduated from Whitehall High School in 1950 and earned her Associate Degree in Home Economics from the State University of New York Institute of Agriculture and Home Economics in Cobleskill, New York in 1953. Shirley was a homemaker and a dietician. She married Howard F. Maxwell on July 19, 1953, and they had five children. She was a special and selfless soul and she will be dearly missed.
