Robert Vincent Martyak, 66, of Sanford, formerly of Liberty Township, OH, passed away, Sunday, January 7, 2024 at his home in Sanford, NC.

Robert was born November 30, 1957 in Johnstown, PA. He was a graduate of Liberty High School in Liberty Township, OH. He worked as a manufacturing technician in textile and heavy equipment manufacturing production industries.

Robert is survived by his parents, LeeAnne and Robert Martyak; brother, Bryan Martyak (Nydia); sisters, Brenda Odden (Eric), and Bernadette Kish (Andy), wife, Ruby Lawson Martyak, son, Vincent Martyak and step-daughter Amanda Kendrick (Jason), granddaughter, Carolina Rose and two step grandchildren, Gabriel and Garrett

A private family memorial service will be held.

Memorials may be sent to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
