Rev. Frank Giunta

Rev. Frank Giunta, 88, of Lillington, NC passed away, Thursday, October 12, 2023 at The Addison of Fuquay-Varina, NC. 

Rev. Giunta was born December 11, 1935 in St. Louis, MO to the late Samuel and Josephine Bonuso Giunta. He served 11 years with Every Home for Christ.  Rev. Giunta also pastored for 58 years in Ohio, North Carolina, Arkansas and Missouri.

He was preceded in death by his brother Pat Giunta, sisters: Lillian Longabordo, Geneva Badgett, Kaye Sanazaro, Anne Negro, and Dae Zaremba.

Left to honor his memory are his wife of 69 years, Peggy Giunta; son Steve Giunta (wife Diana); daughter Karen Polston (husband Tim); grandchildren: Heather Giunta, Alaina Hopler, Ben Polston, Cassandra Wayne, James Polston, Steven Giunta, Olivia Neal and 20 great grandchildren.

The celebration of Frank’s life will be held 11am Saturday, October 21, 2023 at Hilltop Freewill Baptist Church, Student Chapel, 10212 Fayetteville Rd, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526. 

Burial will follow the service at Westview Cemetery, Lillington, NC 27546. 

The family will receive friends and family 10am – 11am prior to the service at Hilltop Freewill Baptist Church in Fuquay-Varina.  

Our hearts are broken since you are no longer with us, yet we rejoice in your heavenly homecoming.
