Nancy Jean Callaway

Nancy Jean Callaway, 71, of Angier, formerly of Cortland, OH, died Monday, July 10, 2023 at Emerald Health and Rehab Center in Lillington, NC. 

Nancy was born January 15, 1952 in Warren, OH to the late Jack and Helen Foster.  She was a graduate of Kent State University and worked as a registered nurse retiring with over 40 years of service.  She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. 

She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Thomas “Tom” Allen Callaway; son, Aaron Callaway; and brother, John Foster.   

Nancy is survived by her son, Benjamin Thomas Callaway and wife, Keri; grandchildren, Tristan and Tanner Callaway; step-granddaughter, Breana Flores; nieces, Bridgett, Collette, LaDawn, Laura, and Annette; sister, Jane Foster; and sister-in-law, Sandy Callaway.

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date at Pineview Memorial in Niles, Ohio.
