Lt. Colonel RET/RSV Patricia “Pat” Ann Williams

Lt. Colonel RET/RSV Patricia “Pat” Ann Williams, 77, of Lillington passed away Wednesday morning, October 29, 2025, at her home. She was born in Westchester Co., NY, the daughter of the late David Charles and Inez Dynan Williams. In addition to her parents, Pat was preceded in death by two sisters, Kim Williams and Susan Belvin.

Pat was an avid flower gardener, and she enjoyed traveling to the mountains. She loved spending time with her friends, especially her furry ones.

Pat is survived by her brothers, David Williams of Scotia, New York and Robert Williams of upstate New York, niece Jennifer Belvin of Heber Springs, Arkansas and nephew, Eric Belvin of Central Texas, her dearest friend, Roberta Jo “BJ” Kramer and her beloved dog, Waco.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at O’Quinn-Peebles-Phillips Funeral Home in Lillington.
