Linda Gray (Buchanan) Revill

Linda Gray Revill, 86, of Broadway, passed away, Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at her home in Broadway, NC. 

Linda was born September 30, 1938 in Harnett County to the late Britton and Shirley McNeil Buchanan.  She was 1956 graduate of Boone Trail High School and worked as a plant manager in the textile industry.  Linda enjoyed gardening with her family and friends.  She was a lifetime member of Holly Springs Baptist Church.  Linda was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.  She will be remembered by her strong willed personality and her uncanny ability to heal you with her hugs and love.       

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmie Revill; daughter, Shirley Denise Wall; brothers, Billy Buchanan, Ross Buchanan, Johnny Buchanan, and James Buchanan. 

Linda is survived by her daughter, Cheril Yarborough; grandchildren, Autumn Gray Yarborough, and Colby Lewis Yarborough; great-granddaughter, Sage Wright; sisters, Fannie Nell Neal; and sister-in-laws, Cheli Dappen, Carolyn Buchanan, and Anne Berle Buchanan, and many nieces and nephews; and boarder collie, Lady Gray. 

A memorial service will be held at Holly Springs Baptist Church, 385 Holly Springs Church Rd., Broadway, NC 27505 on Monday, November 4, 2024 at 3:00pm.  The family will receive friends immediately following the service. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Holly Springs Baptist Church.
