Laura Lanier White

Laura Lanier White, 58, of Fuquay-Varina passed away April 22, 2025 at Rex Hospital in Raleigh, NC.  She was born in Wake County on November 22, 1966 to the late Lawrence Ray Lanier and Elizabeth Ann Truelove Lanier.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her canine companion, Ruger.

She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Tommy White; son, William Randall White (Mikayla Byrd); grandson, William Ace White; fur baby Rail; and a host of loving relatives and friends.

Laura enjoyed reading and making jewelry.  She was a friend to all she met.  She was a caring wife, loving mother, and devoted grandmother.  Laura will be greatly missed by those who knew her.

Services will be held at Christian Light Church, 4351 Christian Light Road, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526 on Friday, April 25, 2025.  The family will receive friends from 1pm to 2pm, with the funeral service beginning at 2pm.  A graveside service will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will also receive friends in the fellowship hall after the graveside service.

The family would like to thank the loving nursing staff and doctors at Rex Hospital on 4 West.  Your care for Laura was above and beyond and truly made her feel special and safe.
