Lanny Odis Temple

Lanny Odis Temple, 61, of Bunnlevel, passed away, Sunday, February 11, 2024 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, Fayetteville, NC. 

Lanny was born August 13, 1962 in Erwin, NC to the late Odis and Sylvia Temple.  His work careers spanned several occupations:  Railroad linesman, Central Prison guard, CAD/CAM programmer, residential property management, and musician composer/performer.

Lanny is survived by son, Lanny Dolan-Grey Temple; uncle, Keifford Spence; uncle, Frank Temple; uncle Worth Temple and many other family and numerous friends.

A funeral service will be held 2pm Saturday, February 17, 2024 at Bunnlevel Presbyterian Church, 6417 US Hwy 401 S., Bunnlevel, NC 28323.  Entombment will follow the service at Westview Cemetery.  The family will receive friends 1pm – 2pm prior to the service at the church. 

Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association, American Heart Association, or Falcon's Childrens Home.
