Retired US Air Force Master Sergeant Howard Randall “Randy” Teeter, 70, of Lillington, passed away Sunday, October 13, 2019.
Randy retired from the US Air Force after 27 years of decorated service. He loved to travel and watch NASCAR, especially Dale Earnhardt. Randy never met a stranger and treated everyone he met with dignity and respect. His grandchildren were the apples of his eye. He handled everything in life with poise; he was the calm, steadying force of our lives.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Colleen Teeter; and a brother, Richard Nelson Teeter.
He is survived by his wife, Vickie; daughter, Julie Teeter and spouse Rachael Goff of Biloxi, MS; son, Jason Teeter and wife Eileen of Houston, TX; four grandchildren, Tristen Teeter, Ava Teeter, Keeley Teeter and Raylee Crum; and two sisters, Cathy Harkey and husband Tim of Waxhaw and Melanie Overcash of Concord.
