Hope Eastmond, 51, of Lillington, NC passed away on March 14,2026. she was born on January 20,1975, in Newark, NJ to the late George and Mary Rodrigues.

Born on January 20,1975, in Newark, NJ, she went to school at St Casimir School until 4th grade before moving to Middletown,NJ,  where she graduated from Middletown High School North.In her later years to better provide for her family, she went back to college at Miller Motte College to get her associates degree in medical coding and billing.She did alot of work in nursing homes in her earlier years taking care of the elderly and the sick to make sure they were taken care of, and showed her dedication to always helping others. Then she got her dream job in a medical office job doing medical coding and billing under a  great doctor for 5 years. She always had a hobby in painting, reading, and loved to learn new cooking recipes and cherishing time with her children and family.

Hope was preceded in death by her mother, Mary and her father, George Rodrigues. She is survived by her husband, Frank Eastmond, her children Austin Eastmond, Kassandra Brouer and her spouse Jason Brouer, and Kylie Eastmond, as well as her sister, Joy Wentworth and her spouse John Wentworth, and nephew, Jacob, as well as her stepson, Frankie Eastmond, and his 4 kids Alexis, Caitlyn, Angel, and Frankie IV, and Hope was a cousin and inlaw to many,as well as an Aunt to many  nephews and nieces.

Hope will be remembered for being a strong woman full of laughter,cheer,optimism,and beauty. Even, at her worst, she would always put others before herself to make sure they were okay, give them advice, or try to make them look at life in a brighter, more positive way no matter the hand they were dealt or no matter how bad that hand may have been. She taught people the meaning of what it means to fight,survive,live,love, and how nothing can ever truly break us.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 19, 2026 from 5pm-7pm with a Time of Remembrance beginning at 6:30pm, at O'Quinn-Peebles-Phillips Funeral Home, 1310 S. Main Street, Lillington, NC.  The graveside service will be held at 11am on Friday, March 20, 2026 at Westview Cemetery, 2264 US 421 N, Lillington, NC.
