Donna Elise Suggs

Donna Elise Suggs, 59, of Mamers, passed away, Sunday, June 4, 2023 at Central Harnett Hospital in Lillington, NC.

Donna was born August 20, 1963 in Lee County to the late William Swanson Suggs and Annie Burch Suggs.  She was a graduate of Lee Senior High School, where she was a cheerleader all four years.  Donna was owner and operator of the Lighthouse Grill in Mamers until 2020. She was an avid UNC Tarheel fan and loved the soap opera, “General Hospital”.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Cliff Suggs.

Donna is survived by the love of her life, Steve Cameron; sons, Daniel Roberts, and Chad Roberts; sisters, Frances Mabry and husband Chris, and Cindy Suggs; brothers, Billy Suggs and wife, Kay, and Joey Suggs. 

A graveside service will be held 2pm Friday, June 9, 2023 at Harnett Memorial Park in Lillington, NC with Rev. Billy Hall officiating.
