David Michael Thompson

David Michael Thompson, 78, of Lillington, passed away, Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at Green Leaf Care Center in Lillington, NC. 

David was born November 27, 1946 in Albany, GA to the late Dorsey and Katherlyn Hudgins Thompson.  He was a veteran of the US Navy retiring with over 20 years of service. 

He was preceded in death by his brother, James Dorsey Thompson. 

David is survived by his wife, Patricia Ann Thompson; daughters, Michelle Ann Thompson, and Amy Marie Thompson; son, Daniel Ray Thompson; two grandchildren; sisters, Bernita Thompson Dinley, and Viki Thompson Breeland; aunt, Iva Hudgins McFather; and many cousins. 

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
