Spring Lake

William Edward West, 50 of Spring Lake passed away Saturday November 24, 2012.

William is the son of the late Bruce Edward West. He loved to go fishing with his best friend Danny and working on cars with his nephew Ethan. He worked for the NC DOT, until he got sick.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Arnold and Mag West.

William is survived by his mother Ila Stanley West; sister, Lisa West Mason and husband Wayne Lee; nephew Ethan Lawrence Ray and his fiancé Gina Rose Pentimone; and his brother and best friend, Daniel West.

A funeral service will be held at O'Quinn Peebles Funeral Home on Thursday, November 29, 2012 at 2 P.M. with Dr. Roland Byrd and Pastor Elmer Parker officiating.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 P.M. on Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at the funeral home and other times at the residence.

The family will be using Skyland Florist in Spring Lake.
