William Thomas Milton, 69 of Lillington died Saturday, April 24, 2010 at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh. A native of Harnett County, he was preceded in death by his father, John Battle Milton.

The family will gather at his home on Sunday, April 25, 2010 with a special time of remembrance at 4:00 pm

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pleasant Union Christian Church, 2164 Neills Creek Road, Lillington, NC 27546

Survivors include his wife,Betty Milton, sons, Jerry Milton and wife Beth of Buies Creek, John Milton of Buies Creek. Daughters, Vicky Dempsey and husband Warren of West Virginia, Pam Welfare and husband Eric of Virginia, Susan George and husband Frank of Virginia. Mother, Flora Green Milton of Lillington.
Sister, Brenda Bidwell and husband Bob of Lillington.7 Grandchildren, Shelly Ballengee, Heather Arthur, Brent Robertson, Shane Lucas, Jeremy Milton, Lauren Milton, and Lee-ann George.
