Mr. Waymon Edward Graves, 77, of Erwin, passed away Wednesday, December 18, 2019.

Edward was born and raised in Bunnlevel to the late Waymon and Catherine Wood Graves.  He spent most of his life working in Harnett County.  He worked in law enforcement with Lillington, Erwin and Dunn before retiring and going to work in property management.  Above all else, Edward was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 21, 2019, at 11 am at Friendship Baptist Church in Bunnlevel.  The burial will follow at the church cemetery.

Edward is survived by his wife of 46 years, Dallas Graves; five children, Donald Graves and wife Amy, Richard Graves and wife Becky, Renee Collins and husband Joey, Tina Hickman, and Kevin Graves; eleven grandchildren, Steven and Shane Issaacson, US Army SGT Michaela Hickman and Matthew Hickman, and Kayce, Daniel, Ryan, Raquel, Kyle and Lily Graves and Garrison Simpson; two great-granddaughters, Rayne and Rhea Issaacson; two sisters, Mildred Page and husband Marshall and Marian Brantley and husband Kenneth; his four-legged little buddy, Snookie Brown; and his special friend, Oscar Harris.

The family will receive friends prior to the service on Saturday from 10 to 10:45 in the church sanctuary.
