Mrs. Vivian Anne Upchurch Morrison, 65, of Lillington passed away Sunday, March 22, 2015 at her home. She was born in Harnett County, the daughter of the late Walter Hartwell and Nellie Hall Upchurch. Anne was preceded in death by her step-father, Melzie Lee Carroll and a son, Lonnie Lee Upchurch. Mrs. Morrison worked as a Security Specialist in Raleigh and as the Activity Coordinator at Brookfield Retirement Center in Lillington. Anne loved the beach and her flea market booth in Benson.

A memorial service will be held at Carolina Beach in April. The family will receive friends at the home Monday and Tuesday from 1:00-7:00 PM

Anne is survived by her husband, Ricky Morrison of the home, daughter, Vanessa Renee Rhody of the home, grandchildren, Jason, Dakota and John Rhody of the home, a very special foster granddaughter, Anastasia Renee McCandies of Winston-Salem, brother, Hartwell Upchurch and wife Adelle of Wake Forest, sister, Glenda Dean and husband Rex of Willow Springs, brother, Johnny Upchurch and wife Marsha of Moncure, uncle, Tommy Hall of Lillington.
