Virginia "Faye" McCauley, 75, of Lillington, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 15, 2014.

Daughter of the late Elma McLeod Such Faye was born in Lee Co. Faye was preceded in death by her husband Bud McCauley; a son, Robin McCauley; and a brother, Delbert McLeod.

Faye loved to go to the beach, cook and read.

A funeral will be held 12:00 Noon, Monday, February 17, 2014 at O'Quinn-Peebles-Phillips Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel with Rev. Robbie O'Quinn officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M.- 12:00 Noon.

Faye is survived by two daughters, Patricia Thomas and husband Gary of Broadway, Tammy McCauley of Sanford; 2 sons, Jeffery McCauley and wife Kelley of Lillington, and Blaney McCauley of Lillington; two sisters, MaryAnn and Kay; two brothers, Richard and Maxey; 5 grandchildren, Steve, Robin, Heather, Nikki McCauley and Christy Weeks; 6 great grand children, Steven, Lucas, Gracie, Cooper and Amaya McCauley and Callie Weeks; and her beloved dog, Tommy Boy.
