Mr. Victor Lee Davis, 71, of Lillington passed away March 8, 2021 at UNC Rex Hospital in Raleigh. He was born in Lee County, the son of the late Robert Allen and Esther Brown Davis. In addition to his parents, Victor was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Tiffany Lorease Davis. Victor was an active member of Antioch Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon and a member of the Antioch Baptist Men. He was also a member of the Boone Trail Ruritan Club and a Board member of Boone Trail Emergency Services. Victor was a leader in the community always lending a helping hand to anyone in need.

Victor is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Vivian Womack Davis of the home; son, Victor Kevin Davis and wife Kerri of Lillington; granddaughter, Alexis Tiffany Davis of Lillington;  3 sisters, Barbara Butler of Lillington, Janette Bullard and husband Jerry of Winston-Salem, Susan Ross of Durham, 2 brothers, Robert Lewis Davis and wife Kay of Lillington and James Milton Davis and wife Tamara of Lillington; sister-in-law, Debra Womack McNeill of Broadway and brother-in-law, Barry Womack of Lillington; many nieces and nephews; extended family, Junior and Doris Smith and many special friends.

A private funeral service will be held for the family Thursday, March 11, 2021 at Antioch Baptist Church in Mamers with Rev. Rick Beacham officiating. The public is invited to attend the graveside service at 3:30 PM Thursday at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery.  Friends are invited to visit O'Quinn-Peebles-Phillips Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 between the hours of 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM and Thursday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM to pay their respects to Mr. Davis. The family will not be present during this time.
