Steven Ray "Steve" Willoughby, 49, of Carolina Beach died Saturday, July 16, 2011. He was born in Chowan Co., NC, the son of Ray Willoughby and Shirley McArtan Willoughby. Steven was educated in the Wake County School System. He worked in several automotive dealerships as a salesman and finance officer. He was currently working with Johnson Investments in Wilmington.

Memorial service will be Thursday, July 21,2011 at 3:00 PM at O'Quinn-Peebles Chapel officiated by Rev. Bertrand Pitchford

The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service Thursday, July 21, 2011 (1-3 PM).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice or American Heart Association, Mid-Atlantic Affiliate, 4217 Park Place Court, American Heart Assn. Building, Glen Allen, VA 23060.

Survivors include: Mother, Shirley Willoughby of Bunnlevel; Father, Ray Willoughby of Wisconsin; Daughter, Ashlynn Leigh Willoughby of Cary; Several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
