Mrs. Sharon E. Stephens, 65, of Sanford passed away Saturday, July 31, 2021 at Green Leaf Care Center in Lillington. She was born in Norwich, NY, the daughter of the late Hank and Virginia Dalrymple Downs. Sharon was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Stephens and daughter, Lori Stephens.

Sharon is survived by her daughter, Connie Matthews and husband Jason of Lillington, 3 grandsons, Trent Mashburn of Colorado, Travis and Gavin Brown of Sanford; granddaughter, Elizabeth Shyann Stephens of Sanford.

No service will be held per Mrs. Stephens' request.
