Richard Martin Rickard, 62 of Lillington passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2015.

Richard was born January 13, 1953 in Maryland to Jeanetta May Rickard and the late Richard Martin Silvers. He was preceded in death by several aunts and cousins.

Richard loved trucks and driving. "He would drive to the moon and back if he was asked."

A memorial service will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, May 9, 2015 at O'Quinn-Peebles-Phillips Funeral Home.

Richard is survived by his wife of 16 years, Blanca; 2 sons, Jeffrey Allen, Richard Martin; 3 daughters, Dawn Marie, Fatima Constant and Jennifer Rickard; a god-son, Randy Zepeda; a god-daughter, Yoselyne Zepeda; mother, Jeanetta May Rickard; a sister, Wilma Lake; a brother, Michael Silvers; Several nieces and nephews.
