Peter Francis Morris, 75 of Linden died Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at his home.

Peter was born February 8, 1940 in London England to the late James George and Alma Phillips Morris. He was preceded in death by his brothers, James Morris and Richard Lestienne; and his sisters, Pamela Easterling and Dorothy Evans.

Peter is survived by his wife of 48 years, Sheryl M. Morris; 3 children, David Morris and wife Lisa, Karen Gates and Grady Chambers and Kathy Webb and husband Brian; brothers, Richard Morris and James Lestienne; sisters, Alma Ray, Marcia Slater, Renee Lestienne, Dorothy Vernier and Maureen Helgerson; grandchildren, Dalton Morris, Christopher Webb, Ethan Johnson, Zachary Chambers, Taylor Webb, Mandi Murcray, Mahlon Westover and Timothy Westover; 8 great grand-children.

He was proud to be an engineer, Pastor, fisherman and grandpa.

A memorial service will be held 7:00 P.M. Friday, March 13, 2015 at Harmony Baptist Church with Rev. Carl Graham officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:30-7:00 P.M. at the church.
