Mr. Paul Ashley Bell, 67, of Bunnlevel passed away Wednesday January 6, 2021 at his home. He was born in Harnett County, the son of the late Halford and Marguerite Latta Bell. Paul owned and operated Paul Bell Painting for over 40 years. He loved being outdoors and took great pride in his home and yard. Paul had an outgoing personality and never met a stranger. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and cherished his Pitbull, Bella.

Paul is survived by his wife of 48 years, Donna Stone Bell of the home; son, Jamie Bell of Oklahoma; daughter, Joanie Bell Ellis and husband John of Lillington; 8 grandchildren, Jamie Bell, Jr. and wife Athena, Justin Bell, Cody Bell and wife Ashley, John Ellis, Jr., David Yeoman, Kristen Ellis, Ashley Ellis and Nathan Bell; 3 great-grandchildren; sister, Nancy Elkins of Garner.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, January 9, 2021 at Harnett Memorial Park in Lillington with Rev. Paul Jones officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.

In accordance with current North Carolina COVID-19 guidelines, the funeral home requests that everyone in attendance practice social distancing and wear a face covering.
