Patricia Elizabeth Dugan-Reigada, 87, passed away on December 24th, 2020 in Lillington, NCPatricia was born on August 5th, 1933 to Jane Blackmer and Mathew Dugan, in Queens, NY.

Patricia was predeceased by her parents Jane Blackmer and Mathew Dugan, sisters Beulah McManus, Gerry Millett, brother Roger Dugan. She is survived by her brothers, Phil and Gary, her children, Donald, James, Patricia, Linda, and Judy, and her grandchildren.
