Mrs. Nellie Wilson Knight, 88, of Broadway passed away peacefully in her home on April 17, 2016.

Nellie graduated from Boone Trail High School where she played basketball, and carried her zeal for the game throughout her life. She loved flowers, sunsets, birds, walking, nature and a good laugh. Her work experience included Koury Company and Moen Company.

The family would like to express their great appreciation and admiration for the hospice staff who helped care for Nellie in 2013 and again in recent weeks. For two years, she was lovingly cared for in her home by devoted caregivers including Meghan Bezuidenhout, Phyllis Clark, Tiffany Glosson and her niece, Gloria Watterson Foster.
