Mr. Mike Ventola , age 71, of Lillington died August 15, 2010 at his home. He was born in Torrito, Italy. Mike came to the United States as a young man and worked on the boardwalks in Coney Island, NY before joining American Airlines. He retired from American Airlines after many years of faithful service as a crew chief.

The family will receive friends at O'Quinn-Peebles Saturday, August 21, 2010 from 2:00-4:00 PM.

He is survived by his wife, Emily Ventola of Lillington, daughter, Christina Ventola of Florida, five step-children, grandchildren and several step-grandchildren and family in Italy.
