Mr. Michael Wayne "Mike" Hamilton, Sr., 44, of Lillington, passed away on Wednesday, March 3, 2021.

Mike loved to fish and to eat.  Above all else, he loved his family and his children and grandchildren were his pride and joy.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 6, 2021, at 2 pm at Westview Cemetery with Pastor Darrell Wood presiding.

Mike is survived by his wife of 20 years, Elaine Hamilton; four children, Crystal Williams-Marion, Brittany Marion and husband Kyle, Michael Hamilton, Jr., and Samantha Hamilton; two grandchildren, James and Wade Marion; mother, Edna Flowers and husband Terry Flowers; and father, Donald Hamilton and wife Exie Hamilton.

Friends are invited to pay their respects to Mike on Saturday, March 6th from 9 am to 12 noon at the O'Quinn-Peebles-Phillips Funeral Home.  The family will not be in attendance at this time.

In accordance with current North Carolina COVID-19 guidelines, the funeral home requests that everyone in attendance practice social distancing and wear a face covering.
