Michael Todd Buchanan, 60, of Lillington, passed away, Sunday, August 13, 2023.

Todd was born February 4, 1963 in Lee County, NC and attended Western Harnett High School.  He worked as a truck driver and was a talented mechanic. Todd was a hard worker, loved his family and had a big heart.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ted Buchanan; and grandparents, Vira Ragan, Broadus and Letha Buchanan.

Todd is survived by his mother, Betty Ragan Buchanan; special friend, Melanie Godwin; daughters, Jessica Byrd (Kevin), and Michaela Price (Justin); brother, Scott Buchanan; sister, Teresa Williams (Jim); three grandchildren; Bobby Byrd, Lola Byrd, and Lyla Price; and several nieces and nephews.

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
