Meredith Nichole Sanders Brown, 49, of Lillington passed away Tuesday September 28, 2021, at her residence.

She was born August 9, 1972, in Tallahassee, FL to Marsha Wright Sanders and Joseph Sanders.

Meredith graduated from Godby High School in Tallahassee with the class of 1990. She continued her education at Campbell University graduating with a bachelor's degree in education. At the time of her passing, Meredith was a first-grade teacher at Anderson Creek Primary School. Her hobbies included crafting, making greeting cards, crochet, and gardening. Most of all, Meredith loved her family and cherished the memories she made with them.

Meredith is survived by her fiancé, Paul Williamson, Jr.; her daughter, Carley E. Brown; her sons, Jacob Tyler Brown, Porter Joseph Brown, and Tucker Brown; her mother, Marsha Walper and husband Frank; her father, Joseph Sanders, and wife Peggy; her brother, Derrick Sanders; and her sisters, Chrystal Donovan and Sarah Sanders.

A private memorial service will be held for the family on Wednesday October 6 at O'Quinn Peebles Phillips Funeral Home.
