A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 PM Sunday, October 4, 2009 at Pleasant Union Christian Church with Rev. Terry Beatty and Rev. Kevin Champion officiating. Burial will follow in Harnett Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Saturday from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Survivors include her daughter, Carolyn Blanchard Wimple; son, Jerry Blanchard and wife Kay; brothers, Bruce Ennis and Berlis Ennis; sisters, Utah Bass, Opal Bell, and Helen Wright; 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
