Mr. Lutrell "Lou" Williams, Jr., 56, of Seagrove died Tuesday, April 23, 2013. He was born in Washington, DC, the son of the late Garlice Lutrell Williams, Sr. and Lillian Lee Jones. Lutrell owned and operated Lou's Greenscape for 20 years. He enjoyed hunting and raising Beagles. Lutrell was an active member of Hunt's Plank Road Chapel Church in Seagrove. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son and brother.

Funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, April 27, 2013 at O'Quinn-Peebles Chapel in Lillington with Rev. Clay Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Erwin Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Saturday from 12:00-2:00 PM at the funeral home and other times at the home of Lillian Jones.

Lutrell is survived by his wife, Abby Williams of the home; daughter, Stacie Whicker and husband Ray of Tampa, FL; son, Buck Nichols and wife Christi of Jacksonville, NC; 4 grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Kacie Whicker, Mila-May and Landon Nichols; mother, Lillian Jones and step-father Fred Jones of Lillington; 2 brothers, Gary Williams and wife Christine of Lillington, Andy Williams and wife Shea of Erwin; niece, Amy Almond and husband Josh of Erwin and nephew, Danny Williams and fiance Lindsay Brandle and their child, Londyn Williams.
