Mr. Lloyd E. Sharp, Jr., 59, of Lillington passed away Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at Wake Medical Center in Cary. He was born in Delaware Co., PA, the son of the late Lloyd E. Sharp, Sr. and Anna Boyko Sharp. Lloyd was the heart and soul of his family. He enjoyed spending time with his grandkids, working in the yard and riding his bicycle.

Memorial service will be 1:00 PM Saturday, May 3, 2014 at O'Quinn-Peebles-Phillips Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in Harnett Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home and other times at the home.

Lloyd is survived by his wife of 39 years, Charlene West Sharp of the home, son, Jason Sharp and wife Tonya of Lillington, daughter, Jennifer Brock and husband Eric of Lillington, 4 grandchildren, Walker Brock, Ryan Sharp, Alexis Brock and Alex Sharp, brother, Dave Boyko of Havertown, PA, sister, Linda Finfrock of Cary, NC and sister, Deb Sharp of Lancaster, PA, many nieces and nephews.
