Mrs. Linda Campbell Womack, 65, of Lillington died Monday, July 30, 2012 at her home. She was born in Plainview, NE, the daughter of the late Hubert Elrick and Elizabeth Broemer Kumm. Mrs. Womack retired as a machine supervisor from Guilford Mills in Fuquay-Varina. She was a loving caregiver of many people all her life. Mrs. Womack was a gifted musician who enjoyed playing various instruments. She was the matriarch of her family and enjoyed opening her home to friends and family.

Memorial service will be 7:00 PM Thursday August 2, 2012 at O'Quinn-Peebles Chapel with Rev. Dr. Bill Goodnight officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 5:00-7:00 PM.

She is survived by her husband, James Womack of the home; daughters, Tracy Bradley and husband Charles of Princeton, Connie Dancel and husband Ruben of Virginia Beach, VA, Jeannie Collins and husband Ray of Lillington, son, John Campbell of Cameron, daughter, Tammy Marks and husband Jerry of Angier; five grandchildren, Christina Cummings and husband Stephen, Bobby Bradley, Destiny Charee, Gabrielle Collins,Zachary Marks; two great- grandchildren, Trinity Cummings and Reid Cummings; sister-in-law, Nell Williams of Garner; brothers and sisters.
