Linda Howard Taylor, 64 of Dunn died Saturday, July 14, 2012 at UNC Memorial Hospital in Chapel Hill. A native of Alamance County, she was the daughter of the late Henry and May Howard of Danville, Va. She was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters. Mrs. Taylor was a Registered Nurse, BSN for 35 years. Linda worked at ATC/WakeBrook Recovery Center, Dorothy Dix, Cherry Hospital, Burlington Industries and other health related positions before retiring in 2009. She was an active member of the Central Baptist Church in Dunn NC.

Memorial service will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at Central Baptist Church, 6050 Plain View Highway, Dunn with Pastor Tom Wagoner officiating. The family will receive friends at her home.

She is survived by her husband, Joyner F. Taylor; son, Timothy Allen Wagoner and wife Lisa of Wilmington; daughters, Shannon Wagoner of Omaha, NE, Leslie Taylor of Panama City, FL, Leah Holloway and husband Dale of Garner; two granddaughters, Corrie L. Wagoner and Anna M. Wagoner of Burlington.
