Mrs. Linda M. Stanley, 56, of Bunnlevel passed away Monday, November 23, 2015 at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh. She was born in Durham County, the daughter of the late Beulah Stone Green and Redd Mitchell. Linda taught science at Harnett Central Middle School and was involved in the Science Olympiad program. She was an active member of Overhills Community Baptist Church in Linden where she sang in the choir and enjoyed helping others. Linda was an avid collector of Mickey Mouse memorabilia. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Jerald Stanley, Jr.

Funeral service will be 12:00 PM Saturday, November 28, 2015 at Overhills Community Baptist Church in Linden with Reverend Jimmy Peele officiating. Burial will follow in Westview Cemetery in Lillington. The family will receive friends Saturday from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM at the church.

Linda is survived by her son, Ryan Barbour of the home; daughter, Stacy Barbour and husband Clint of Raleigh.
