Linda Coley Duke Grantham, 72 of Lillington went to be with her Lord on Monday, January 5, 2015 at Emerald Health and Rehab Center.

Linda was born January 10, 1942 in Wake County to the late Caleb and Marjorie Abrams Coley. Linda was preceded in death by her sisters, Madge Smith, Lucille Goff, Margaret Lee, Catherine Matthews, Anne Harris and a brother, C.D. Coley.

Linda was an avid shopper. Wal-Mart was one of her favorite places to go. She loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She loved to collect beanie babies, baby dolls, roosters. She had a huge heart and would do anything for anyone. She was very giving and never turned away anyone who was in need.

Linda is survived by her husband of 23 years Fronice Grantham of Lillington; 3 sons, Larry Duke, Jr. and wife Tina of High Point, Chris Duke and wife Angie of Trinity and Dewayne Duke of Thomasville; a sister, Jean Atkins and husband Buddy of Pennsylvania; 7 grandchildren, Ashley, Christal, Larry III, Christian, Courtney, Chelsea and Preston Duke; nephews, Melvin Matthews and Mickey Matthews, nieces, Margaret Hicks and Debra Dean.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 Friday, January 9, 2015 at O'Quinn-Peebles-Phillips Chapel with Rev. Kevin Barbour officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 P.M. Friday, and other times at the home. Burial will follow at Plainview Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Angier.
