Lillian Nordan Shephard, 80, of Chesterfield, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday June 23, 2010. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Lavon L. Shepard, Sr.; sister, Mary Dean; brothers, Carlie, Leroy, Bill and Don Nordan.

She is survived by her sons, Lavon L. Shepard, Jr. and his wife Tricia, Richard M. Shepard, and Michael A. Shepard; sister, Faye Wester; 3 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Sunday, June 27, 2010 at O'Quinn-Peebles Chapel. Burial will follow in Harnett Memorial Park.
