Mr. Kevin Felton Brown, 32, of Bunnlevel, passed away on Saturday afternoon, April 17, 2021.

Kevin had a great sense of humor and loved to be a jokester.  He loved sports, especially football and fishing.  He loved his daughter, Alessia Brown.  He was a personable person, never having met a stranger.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at Westview Cemetery at 3:15 pm.  A visitation will be held from 2:00-3:00 pm at O'Quinn-Peebles-Phillips Funeral Home and Crematory prior to the service.

Kevin was preceded in death by his son, Joshua Michael Brown; his maternal grandparents, John Caviness McArtan and Fay Norris McArtan; his paternal grandfather, Joseph Moore Brown.

He is survived by his parents, Joseph "Mike" and Lisa McArtan Brown; his daughter, Alessia Brown; sister, April Brown Rice; brother, Christopher Brown (Rhonda); paternal grandmother, Nancy Haywood (Coy); several uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In accordance with current North Carolina COVID-19 guidelines, the funeral home requests that everyone in attendance practice social distancing and wear a face covering.
