Kenneth "Kenny" Davis, 53 of Lillington, passed away Saturday, February 13, 2016 at Cape Fear Valley Hospital.

Kenny was born November 29, 1962 in Macon, MO, to Rose "Dixie" Davis and the late Chester Davis.

Kenny was an avid University of NC and NASCAR fan. He enjoyed going fishing and spending time with his children.

Kenny is survived by his mom, Rose "Dixie" Davis of Lillington; his girlfriend, Cammie Littlefield of Lillington; a daughter, Kendra Ann Littlefield of the home; a son, James Asher Littlefield of the home; 3 brothers, Ricky Davis and wife Donna of Greenville, Richard Davis and wife Linda of Lillington and Robert Matthews of Lillington; 2 sisters, Connie Tyer and husband Rick of Lillington and Kristie Wicker of Sanford; 5 nieces, Rachael Smith, Rebecca Summers, Dariane Davis Jasmine O'Quinn and Kamdyn O'Quinn; and 2 nephews, Chase O'Quinn and Riley Matthews.

A funeral will be held 2:00 P.M. Thursday, February 18, 2016 at Union United Methodist Church with Rev. Michael Oldham officiating. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 P.M. Wednesday at O'Quinn-Peebles-Phillips Funeral Home and other times at the home.
