Kelly Bailey, Jr., age 52 of Sanford, died Tuesday, Sept. 19, 2017 at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill. He was preceded in death by his father, Kelly Bailey, Sr.. Kelly worked as General Manager of Pizza Hut in Pittsboro for 32 years. He loved NASCAR racing and The Ohio State Buckeyes.

He is survived by his twins, Anthony Dylan Bailey and wife Sarah of Virginia; Kellsey Elizabeth Bailey and boyfriend Andrew Womble of Sanford; Their mother, Rhonda Patterson Perry of Broadway. His mother and stepfather, Carol Jean and Clute Fann of Mooresville. Girlfriend, Tammy Pickens of Sanford. Sisters, Judy Fann (Ronnie) of Garner; Charlotte McKenzie (Kevin) of Ohio; Jenni Payne (Tom) of Ohio. Brothers, Shawn Fann (Emily) of Davidson; Jeff Fann (Dora) of Ohio. Granddaughter, Irie Mae Bailey. A large extended family including numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. 9 nieces and nephews, 6 great nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be conducted 3:00 pm Saturday September 23, 2017 at O'Quinn-Peebles-Phillips Chapel with Rev. Jerry Parsons officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:30-2:45 prior to the service, other times at his home.
