Karen Wade, 51 of Fayetteville passed away Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at her home.

Karen was born in Chatham VA to Broadus and the late Phyllis Wade. Karen was preceded in death by her sister, Mary Harper.

Karen loved doing Karaoke, fishing, sewing and baking delicious chocolate pies. She loved to travel all over.

Karen is survived by 2 daughters, Megan and Jessica Webb both of Fayetteville, dad, Broadus Wade of Lillington; 1 brother, Bobby Wade and wife Amy of Fuquay-Varina; a grand son, Kelan Pittman of Fayetteville; a special companion, Mike Hill of Fayetteville and several nieces.

A graveside service will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, June 14, 2014 at Harnett Memorial Park with Rev. Ben Pearce officiating. The family will receive friends from 9:00-10:40 A.M. at O'Quinn-Peebles-Phillips Funeral Home.
