Julie Lynn Cain, 62 of Bunnlevel, NC passed away Saturday 1/14/2023 in her home. Julie was a native of Mears, Michigan. She was preceded in death by her parents Richard and Ruthann Corliss and her youngest brother Gregory Corliss.

She is survived by her loving husband of 25 years Dennis Dee Cain; her brother Scott Corliss; children Jennifer Jackson, Jamie Hernandez, Dustin Cashwell; and grandchildren Brantley, Elana, Tristan and Madeline.

Julie loved with her whole heart. She went by many names, and loved to be called Granny, Mom, Ma, Mommy, MawMaw, Hunny Bunny, and Mable.

Julie's biggest passion was her animals that she took in and cared for. She loved all her critters; cats, dogs, donkeys, cows, goats and bunnies. She created the "Cain Farm" and was always willing to take in a stray that needed a furever home. She is survived by her critters: Lilly, PooPoo, PupPup, Sammi, Noel, and her cow Bossy Jane.

A memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM Saturday, January 21, 2023 at O'Quinn-Peebles-Phillips Chapel. The family will receive friends following the service.

A graveside service is planned this Spring in her hometown of Mears, Michigan. The family will announce those details at a later time.
