Mrs. Julie Hair Anderson, 58, of Fuquay-Varina passed away Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at Central Harnett Hospital in Lillington. She was born in Wake County, the daughter of Chet and Faye Hair. Julie was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Rees Anderson. She worked with Cooper Tools for over 16 years until her health declined. Julie loved her flowers and gardening. She had a passionate love for all animals.

Julie is survived by her husband of 40 years, Kenneth Anderson of the home; parents, Chet and Faye Hair of Fuquay-Varina; sisters, Sherri Jones and husband Jim of Fuquay-Varina, Tammy Parsons and husband Mike of Fuquay-Varina; mother-in-law, Shirley Anderson of Fuquay-Varina; brother-in-law, James Anderson and wife Patricia of Fuquay-Varina; nieces, Ashton Jones of Fuquay-Varina, Rebecca Anderson of Greenville, Leslie Esposito and husband Thomas of Fuquay-Varina; nephew, Kevin Anderson of Fuquay-Varina.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, November 28, 2021, at Harnett Memorial Park in Lillington with Rev. Ben Pearce officiating. The family will receive friends at O'Quinn-Peebles-Phillips Funeral Home Sunday from 1:00-1:45 PM and other times at the home of Shirley Anderson.

The family would like to express thanks to the staff of UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill for their love and care during Julie's illness and treatments.
