Ms. Judy McKay Rogers, 72, of Raleigh passed away Saturday, November 5, 2016 at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh. She was born in Cumberland County, the daughter of the late John and Elizabeth McKay. Judy retired from CP&L after 36 years of service.

Judy is survived by her sister, Mary Lib McKay of Cameron; nephew, Barry Moore, Jr. of Apex; niece, Frankie Fortune and husband, Dale of Lillington; great-nephew, Bobby Fortune and great-niece, Avery Anne Fortune.

A private burial will be held at Harnett Memorial Park in Lillington at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
