Judith "Judy" Hardee Penny, 64 of Fuquay-Varina died Monday, April 23, 2012. A native of Harnett County, she was the daughter of the late Calvin Reese and Minnie Lee Richardson Hardee. Judy was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Taylor Penny; sister Joyce Hardee Mangum and brother Billy Ray Hardee.

Graveside service will be 11:00 AM Thursday, April 26, 2012 at Chalybeate Springs Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Joe Greene officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.

She is survived by a son, Jimmy Penny and wife Renee of Holly Springs; daughter, Anne Marie Studstill and husband Howard of San Pedro, California; brothers, Calvin Reese Hardee, Jr. of Sanford; Richard Hardee of Fuquay-Varina; 6 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews
