Mrs. Joyce C. Cooley, 87, of Mamers, formerly of Pulaski, NY, passed away Monday, February 27, 2017. She was born in Chenango County, NY, the daughter of the late Marion and Prudence Byam Cook. Joyce retired after 40 years of service as a telephone operator in New York. She loved quilting, stamp collecting, coin collecting and jigsaw puzzles. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Alton "Bruce" Cook and Richard Herbert Cooley; sister, Luana Ryan.

Joyce is survived by 3 daughters, Laurie Copenhaver of Florida, Roxanne Richer of New York, Shannon Michaels of Mamers; son, Randall Cook of Nevada; 9 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and a great-great granddaughter; 3 sisters, Valerie Streicher of South Carolina, Lorraine Roger of New York and Cathy Hannibal of New York; brother, Rodney Crawford of New York.

A graveside service will be conducted in New York at a later date.
