Mr. Johnnie Ray Boggs,76, of Mamers passed away April 15, 2026, at his home. He was born on October 28, 1949, in Harnett County, NC to the late William and Elizabeth Ruth Boggs. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Diane Boggs; his son, Timothy Ray Boggs; brothers, Halford Boggs and Robert Boggs; sisters, Margaret Moore and Geneva Griffin.

Johnnie is survived by his daughter, Tina Hildreth (Brad); grandchildren, William Boggs, Autumn Douglas (Jordan), and Timothy Boggs Jr.; great grandsons (who loved their Pop Pop), Daniel Flowers and Jarrett Douglas; brother, Jimmie Boggs (Jean).

Johnnie lived in Harnett County all his life and was proud to call Mamers his home. He retired after many years at Maxway Corporation & Magneti Marelli as a forklift operator. Johnnie enjoyed watching NASCAR, spending time in the afternoon with his buddies in his Pack House and tending to his yard. He will be greatly missed, forever loved!

A celebration of life cookout will be held at 5:00 PM Saturday, April 18, 2026, in his shop. A private family graveside service will be held later at Raven Rock Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
